Where will the team play and in which competition will it start?

Crypto United will compete in Spain starting in 2nd Regional to try to reach professional soccer in less than 5 years. We already have agreements with several soccer fields located in the province of Alicante (Comunidad Valenciana) where the team will be able to train and play.

What decisions will you be able to make as a holder?

At the time, the founders of the project considered the possibility of decentralizing all aspects related to the club and becoming a DAO. We finally ruled it out because we saw it as unfeasible. In fact, although one of the interesting parts of our project is that the holders will make certain decisions, we have not sold ourselves as a DAO because, in effect, there is a centralized part.

A soccer club has to be registered with the federation with a board of directors and a president, all of them with their ID and with duties and responsibilities. It seemed very complicated to us to decentralize this and that anyone, without a name or public documentation, could become president if the holders so decided.

Beyond the decisions initially proposed in the whitepaper and that you can see here, the holders will have a section to propose all kinds of ideas that must be agreed with the management to avoid ideas that may harm the club.

How will the team's expenses be covered?

Of the 20 million tokens issued, 4 million have been set aside for team spending. With a consolidated token and a high capitalization, these 4 million tokens should be sufficient to face 4-5 seasons, however our goal should be to reduce the use of these tokens as much as possible to maximize the probability of success of the project. This is especially important in the first season, where the token will not yet have a very high capitalization and a large sale of tokens could harm the stabilities of the coin.

Thus, the first season the team's expenses will be obtained from corporate sponsorship and merchandising sales. In the event that this figure is insufficient to achieve a team that fights for promotion, the developers will complete this budget and only if the currency is stable or in case of force majeure will they resort to the partial sale of those 4 million tokens.

An ideal scenario is that products, services and even the salaries of players and coaching staff are paid in CRUTs. This would be key to avoid devaluing the currency with their sale and also to get more holders and more committed people. Whenever possible, we will try to have the team's payments made in CRUTs.

Will there be rewards for holders (rewards)?

The token transactions carry a 3% fee. 2% goes to the liquidity wallet and 1% to a wallet that is currently used for marketing and to energize the community. Once the season starts, these tokens will be used to reward our holders (rewards) and a reward system will be implemented. With each victory of the team, the tokens of this wallet will be distributed proportionally among the holders.

How does liquidity work in the project?

In addition to the liquidity provided by the founders at the beginning of the project, 2% of each transaction will go to the liquidity pool.

One of the guarantees of the token and the liquidity is that many of the initial accounts come from part of our circle (family and friends) who bet on the project at the beginning and who will continue to invest over time, trusting us and the project. However, to avoid controversy and to ensure the viability of the project in the short, medium and long term, these tokens from our circle will be blocked for 3 years from the beginning of the project.

What happens if the team makes a profit?

It could be the case that the team generates profits if the sale of merchandising or advertising is high. In any case this income would not go to the developers/founders and would be used as a reserve for the next season. In the case that these benefits were really big, we could study with the community to carry out an exceptional action such as the purchase of a place in a higher category.

What if things don't go as expected?

As in any investment, company or project, anything can happen and the results may not be as expected. There will be objectives that will be met and others that, due to circumstances, cannot be met. There will be setbacks and unexpected joys. Of course, there is the risk that "the ball does not go in" or that the capitalization does not go along with it. All holders or investors in cryptocurrencies must be very clear that it is a high risk investment and the project may end due to lack of resources. However, we will do everything in our hands, together with the community, to make the project go ahead.
