One of the most important parts of the project is the decision making by the community of holders.
It is important to mention that although at the time the founders of the project considered the possibility of decentralizing all aspects related to the club and becoming a DAO. Finally we discarded it because we saw it as unfeasible. In fact, although one of the interesting parts of our project is that the holders will make certain decisions, we have not sold ourselves as a DAO because, in effect, there is a centralized part.
A soccer club has to be registered with the federation with a board of directors and a president, all of them with their ID and with duties and responsibilities. It seemed very complicated to us to decentralize this and that anyone, without a name or public documentation, could become president if the holders so decided.
Beyond the decisions initially proposed in the whitepaper, the holders will have a section to propose all kinds of ideas that should be agreed with the management to avoid ideas that could harm the club.

Holders will be able to decide on the position that needs to be filled and propose it to the sports management. In addition, the sporting director will propose alternatives so that the holders can choose the best option.
The first years of the project where there are fewer players and they know each other less, this part will be more complicated, but we will try to work with the sporting director to give us options that the holders can choose.
The community will be able to choose which designs are chosen to dress the team and its fans. They will be able to vote for the first and second kits, tracksuits, jackets or propose new garments that they consider could help the team's economy.
Holders can decide which questions will be asked to the coaches and players after the game. In this way, they take part in the team's communication and can resolve any doubts they may have.
Anthem, coat of arms, colors... everything can be discussed and changes can be proposed for future years of the project.
Although the first few years it will be difficult to have enough money to hire a president and the founders will fill the position. Our idea is not to fill the position of president of the club when the team reaches professional soccer and we will propose several candidates with experience in the world of sports management that the community will be able to choose.
